Senior Business Development Manager for Customer Relationships

Role Overview
An Sales Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This individual serves as the primary point of contact, addressing customer needs and concerns while managing account activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer expectations
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical assistance and resolve complex customer problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to inform future sales strategies
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager, with a proven track record of success in customer relationship management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated, problem-solving, patient, proactive, creative, multitasking, and team player with good negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A background in AIDC is an asset
