As a Customer Service Representative at OfficePartners360 (OP360), you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Accurate and Timely Information
    • Provide precise product, service, and policy information via chat and call to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Issues
    • Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Document Customer Interactions
    • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments
    • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain Confidentiality
    • E nsure that customer information is handled confidentially and securely.

Requirements:

  • Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in BPO or customer service is a plus.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with handling marketplaces or seller central accounts, as well as proficiency in using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
