Customer Service Associate Role

As a Customer Service Representative at OfficePartners360 (OP360), you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Accurate and Timely Information
- Provide precise product, service, and policy information via chat and call to customers.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Issues
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Document Customer Interactions
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with Other Departments
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Maintain Confidentiality
- E nsure that customer information is handled confidentially and securely.
Requirements:
- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in BPO or customer service is a plus.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with handling marketplaces or seller central accounts, as well as proficiency in using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
