Inside Sales Specialist

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any IT related course
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales development representative, telemarketer or other similar roles, primarily handling IT solutions.
• Familiarity with IT solutions and business-cases
• Affinity towards different aspects of marketing
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Capable of cross-team collaboration
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Flexible and agile in the management of tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales)
• Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships (Inbound Sales)
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
• Understand the company's portfolio of solution offerings, enough to sufficiently pitch and/or present the company's solution offerings through various channel
• Stay updated with the company's portfolio development and improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and materials
• Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to the business development managers with the objective of closing the sale
• Maintaining and updating the lead generation database, keeping accurate records of client profiles
• Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
