Partnerships Lead

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Lead Partnerships to spearhead collaborations with key partners in the Philippines. This role is at the intersection of AI-driven financial innovation, risk management, and data-driven marketing, providing a unique opportunity to shape the future of fintech partnerships.
- Owning high-impact partnerships – independently building relationships with key Philippine counterparties and ensuring long-term strategic alignment.
- Navigating complex agreements – reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and engaging legal teams when necessary.
- Driving mission-critical projects – overseeing AI, risk management, and marketing-related data partnerships to fuel innovation and business growth.
- Leading IT integrations – coordinating between our tech teams and partners to ensure seamless system compatibility and data exchange.
- Managing execution at scale – keeping all timelines, deliverables, and processes on track, acting as a project leader.
- Representing Salmon in the fintech ecosystem – actively networking, attending industry events, and identifying new opportunities to expand our reach.
- Senior-level experience in managing strategic B2B partnerships, preferably in fintech, data, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of contracts, data governance, and compliance frameworks in financial services.
- Strong technical acumen – comfortable working with IT teams to oversee integrations and data flows.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive AI, risk, and marketing data partnerships forward.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of making high-stakes decisions independently.
