Merchant Partnerships Director

About the Role:
As a Business Growth Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our merchant partnerships.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnerships for growth with merchants and other partners.
- Drive business outcomes towards delivery of partnership goals.
- Manage ongoing account plans and deliver on strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related field; Fintech experience is a plus.
- A strong execution mindset focused on achieving business goals with the ability to dive into details and collaborate across teams.
- Understanding of the voucher industry would be valuable.
