We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for the solicitation of leads, acquisition of new business opportunities, business retention, and implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively retain and increase market penetration, reach, and share.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a healthy list of leads to support revenue targets by undertaking prospecting activities and maximizing referral opportunities;
  • Lead discussions with prospect clients through superior product knowledge and solutions through sales interviews, proposal preparations, presentations;
  • Provide periodic information on market trends and customer needs for product development, customer satisfaction metrics, and internal process enhancement, as needed.
  • Engage in telemarketing to prospect and increase leads generation efforts.
  • Achieve annual New Business/Retained sales target set by the management.
  • Achieve monthly New Business/Retained sales target set by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Applicants from different industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fast learner in dealing with a fast-paced industry is a must.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Willing to work in Pasig City, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-5:00 PM.
