Your Role
As a New Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing customized recruitment solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Growth – Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with companies in need of recruitment services.
- Account Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategic Planning – Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Research & Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to refine service offerings.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation – Create compelling recruitment proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Brand Representation – Promote Advanced People Solutions through networking, events, and digital platforms.
