Job Description:

The Accounts Executive role at TrainStation International is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive new business acquisition and manage existing client relationships. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of events for both new and existing clients.

This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and relevant experience in business development, sales, account management in an advertising, marketing or events agency.

  • Research and identify potential new clients in target markets
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and logistics teams regarding program needs and requirements, ensuring smooth overall execution of a program
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
