We are inviting applications for the position of Clinic Staff for our PCCs.

1. Customer Service Excellence

Be the friendly face and voice of our healthcare facility, ensuring each patient feels welcome and valued.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism.Provide clear and concise information to patients about our services, procedures, and any necessary preparations.2. Patient Scheduling:Efficiently manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination.Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize appointment availability.3. Maintaining Patient Records:Accurately update and maintain patient information in the electronic health records system.Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.Qualifications:Graduate of any 4-year medical allied course (BSN, BS Med Tech, BS Biology, etc)Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare settingFamiliar with patient scheduling systems and electronic health recordsAble to perform basic nursing procedures – vital signs, patient assessment, etc.Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalismProficient in using scheduling software, electronic health records, and basic office applicationsAmenable to work in a rotational shifting scheduleWHY JOIN US?
