About the role

Foodflow Inc. is seeking a diligent and organised QMS Assistant to join our team in Santa Rosa City Laguna. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring our business operations adhere to industry standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management policies, procedures, and documentationCoordinate the distribution, storage, and archiving of quality-related records and documentsParticipate in internal audits and help address any non-conformances identifiedSupport the coordination of management review meetings and the preparation of related documentationLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are metProvide administrative support to the Quality Management team as neededWhat we're looking forDiploma or degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline1-2 years of experience in a QMS or records management role, preferably within a manufacturing or food processing environmentStrong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detailKnowledge of quality management principles and standards (e.g. ISO 9001)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we offerCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health insurance Opportunities for professional development and career advancementCollaborative and supportive work environmentAbout us
