Job Description:

Discovery Communications is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
3. Provide product information and assistance to customers.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements:
1. Motivated and adaptable personality traits.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
