Remote Clerk – Sales Orders

A leading sofa manufacturer in Canada is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Clerk to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home position based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and process sales orders in the company system with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide product information and assist with order-related questions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of clerical, customer service, or administrative experience (preferably in sales or order management).
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Previous experience handling international customers is an asset.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Remote / Work-from-home (Philippines-based applicants only).
  • Must be available to work Calgary business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM MST (Philippines evening shift).
  • Full-time position with competitive compensation.
