Electric Power & Controls (EPC) and Control Switches International (CSii) are U.S.-based sister companies serving the industrial automation and electrical controls industry.

  • EPC is a full-line industrial controls distributor, supporting OEMs, system integrators, and end users with high-quality electrical and automation components.
  • CSii is a manufacturer of cam switches and control panel assemblies, delivering custom-built, reliable solutions for industrial applications.

Together, EPC and CSii provide comprehensive sales, distribution, and manufacturing support to industrial customers throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries and RFQs for industrial control components and custom control panel assemblies.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and order entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based sales, purchasing, and production teams to confirm pricing, lead times, and order status.
  • Recommend suitable industrial control components (PLCs, relays, power supplies, sensors, switches, terminals, etc.) based on customer needs.
  • Maintain customer records, quotes, and communication using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Meet).
  • Track and follow up on open quotes and orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Support administrative tasks including customer invoicing, credit card transactions, and general recordkeeping.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in sales or inside sales within industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control panel manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial control products
  • Ability to read and interpret control panel bills of materials and basic electrical schematics.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours
