Job Overview

Kruew is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telecom Order Specialist who will be deployed to one of our U.S.-based clients in the telecommunications industry. The specialist will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of telecom orders—from entry and processing to fulfillment and delivery. This role requires close coordination with providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process telecom orders on behalf of Kruew's client.
  • Handle and monitor orders from different telecom providers.
  • Send follow-up emails to suppliers regarding order progress and status.
  • Track and monitor all order activities to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Review and validate order imports for accuracy and completion.
  • Populate and update required order details in client systems.
  • Coordinate with providers or internal client teams for order status updates.
  • Take appropriate actions to resolve order-related issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all order transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in telecom operations, order management, or customer service.
  • With experience in handling US Telco account
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and order management/CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable work-from-home setup with stable internet and backup power preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
