Job Overview

The Telecom Order Specialist at Vimenture is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of telecom customer orders—from entry and processing to fulfillment and delivery. This role requires strong coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process telecom orders from different providers.
  • Handle and manage orders throughout their lifecycle, from entry to delivery.
  • Send follow-up emails to suppliers regarding order progress.
  • Track and monitor the status of all orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Follow up and check order imports for accuracy and completion.
  • Populate and update required order information in internal systems.
  • Reach out to providers or internal teams for order status updates.
  • Take necessary action to resolve issues or delays in order processing.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of order progress and completion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in order management, telecom operations, or customer service.
  • With experience in handling US Telco account
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly on issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
