Australian Time:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM AEST
Philippine Time: Monday to Friday,6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM PHT

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Lead Management (60–70%)
- Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries promptly (within 5 minutes during working hours).
- Manage and qualify inbound calls, emails, and campaign-generated leads.
- Book and close smaller B2C/B2B deals directly while escalating larger or complex opportunities to senior sales or business owners.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups on incomplete bookings or partially engaged prospects.
- Collect and maintain accurate lead/customer information (contact, service needs, urgency, etc.) in Zoho CRM.
- Provide weekly reporting on lead quality, conversion performance, and customer insights.
- Address customer complaints or service adjustments and coordinate with internal teams.
B2B Sales Development & Prospecting (20–25%)
- Research, identify, and target high-value companies and decision-makers.
- Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone channels.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) by nurturing key accounts and securing discovery/intro meetings.
- Maintain a healthy balance between reactive inbound management and proactive "hunter-style" outreach.
Marketing & Process Optimization (10–15%)
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, reporting dashboards, and integrations.
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and automation enhancements.
- Assist with booking platforms (YouCanBookMe, Calendly) and platform integrations to improve conversions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign performance and lead generation effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in inbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development (preferably in an Australian-facing or B2B environment).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Proven track record in CRM management (Zoho preferred), pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound communication in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating lead volumes.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport, handle complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to small business environments with evolving processes.
