
Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in administrative roles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative support to the team and office.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and materials.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking and petty cash monitoring.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and professional.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be amenable to report onsite to the office 5x a week, Monday - Friday.
