We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in administrative roles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team and office.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and materials.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking and petty cash monitoring.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and professional.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be amenable to report onsite to the office 5x a week, Monday - Friday.
