Job Description
We're seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic beauty business and play a crucial role in streamlining operations across retail and wholesale channels. This engaging position offers incredible variety, combining administrative excellence with creative marketing support in the exciting makeup industry. You'll be instrumental in managing stockist relationships, executing email marketing campaigns, and supporting social media initiatives while handling essential business operations. Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive product databases including wholesale pricing, retail pricing, and inventory specifications using Excel
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to customers and stockists, focusing on monthly product spotlights and seasonal promotions
- Organize and distribute professional product photography collections to retail partners through cloud-based systems
- Maintain ongoing communication with current stockists and support outreach to potential new retail partners
- Design engaging social media content using established brand templates, including customer testimonials and product highlights
- Support Instagram posting and community engagement activities to build brand presence
- Coordinate marketing initiatives for major sales events including Black Friday and holiday campaigns
- Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, task prioritization, and data organization
- Assist with content development for educational materials and potential online course creation
- Provide research support and help manage digital advertising campaigns using existing creative assets
- Genuine interest in or knowledge of makeup and beauty products preferred
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Drive, and Canva design platform
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while following established brand guidelines and templates
- Comfortable with basic graphic design and content creation tasks
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
- Available for minimum 20 hours per week with potential for increased hours as business grows
