Role Description
Employment Type: Full-time
On-site Location: Parañaque City
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role involves clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our team and support our executives effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as
filing, data entry, and managing correspondence - Prepare and draft basic documents and reports
- Maintain and organize records and office supplies
- Support executives with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Assist in coordinating office activities and internal communication
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates
(training will be provided) - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Degree in
Business Administration, Office Management, or a related course
preferred
