
HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and files in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, ID issuance, and exit clearances.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Ensure HR documents, forms, and policies are up to date and properly filed.
- Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to HR and administrative matters.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with external vendors for administrative needs (e.g., repairs, maintenance, courier services).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of official records and contracts.
