Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and files in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, ID issuance, and exit clearances.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Ensure HR documents, forms, and policies are up to date and properly filed.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to HR and administrative matters.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for administrative needs (e.g., repairs, maintenance, courier services).
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of official records and contracts.
