Position Summary

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. This role covers recruitment, employee records management, payroll and benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and offer letters.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including orientation and initial training.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
  • Process contracts, employment agreements, and personnel files.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll by collecting and verifying attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary adjustments, deductions, and benefits disbursement.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Provide assistance in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure company policies are aligned with labor laws and regulatory standards.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Track training progress and program effectiveness.
  • Assist in implementing career growth and development initiatives.

6. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR reports on recruitment, turnover, and employee engagement.
  • Track key HR metrics and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to field works
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
