Job Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement and Training
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and surveys.
- Support logistics for training sessions and onboarding programs.
2. Recruitment
- Post vacancies on job portals and manage applicant tracking.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Benefits Administration and HRIS
- Help process employee benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
4. General Administrative Support
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation.
- Organize and maintain employee files.
- Respond to basic HR inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
