  • To provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department
  • Handling documentation, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits processing, and coordinating with external service providers.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, 201 files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Assist in Job postings, sourcing, screening applicants and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with newly hired employees regarding pre-employment requirements and ensure all documents are completed by the deadline.
  • Maintain hard copy files of detailed job descriptions for all current employees, ensuring they are up to date.
  • Monitors under-agency employee attendance (every 6th & 20th of the month) and submit to Agency for payroll processing.
  • Check and ensure correct billing for agency service providers before forwarding to Accounting for payment.
  • Monitors the submission of proof of payment for mandated benefits by accredited manpower agencies and informs Accounting once the required documents are received, indicating that payment to the agency may proceed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • In-charge of monitoring inter-office memo issuance through maintenance of inter-office memo monitoring records.
  • Perform other related duties from time to time and/ or may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must be a graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology/ Any 4-year Course
  2. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR-related role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply).
  3. Familiarity with HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment procedures is a plus.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  8. Must have valid Australian work rights or authorisation to work in Australia.
