Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsbile for the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment checks in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Support the new hire onboarding and orientation process by preparing materials and assisting with coordination.
  • Help maintain and update employee records in the HR databases and physical personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • responsible for coordinating employee engagement activities.
  • Provide support in benefits administration, including enrollment assistance and responding to basic employee inquiries.
  • Draft and prepare standard HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and internal communications, under guidance.
  • Respond to general HR-related inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
  • Support compliance efforts by helping ensure HR practices align with labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to continuous improvement and team goals.
  • Support payroll processing by tracking attendance and leave requests.
  • Help with employee inquiries and provide general HR support.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).

· With at least a year of relevant experience.

· Experience in recruitment is an advantage

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Basic knowledge in Canva

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
