Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, intern management, learning and development, and employee engagement. The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, job offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.

Internship Program

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of interns.
  • Coordinate with schools/universities for internship partnerships.
  • Monitor intern performance and provide support throughout their tenure.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Assist in identifying training needs and support the execution of learning and development initiatives.
  • Organize training schedules, materials, and logistics.
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and evaluation results.

Employee Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, activities, and events.
  • Assist in gathering employee feedback and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  • Help implement recognition programs and other morale-boosting activities.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support HR team in daily operations and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience with focus on recruitment, internships, L&D, and employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS (preferred).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
