JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update logistics databases, spreadsheets, and records
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, delivery notes)
  • Prepare and manage logistics reports, including inventory levels, delivery schedules, and shipment status
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or lost goods
  • Assist in inventory control and stock reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for logistics documents
  • Support other administrative duties within the logistics/supply chain department as needed

QUALIFICATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with shipping terms, customs documentation, and transportation processes is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
