JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update logistics databases, spreadsheets, and records
- Process shipping and receiving documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, delivery notes)
- Prepare and manage logistics reports, including inventory levels, delivery schedules, and shipment status
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or lost goods
- Assist in inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate filing systems for logistics documents
- Support other administrative duties within the logistics/supply chain department as needed
QUALIFICATION
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, and Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with shipping terms, customs documentation, and transportation processes is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
