Sales Admin Assistant

Job Summary
The Sales Admin Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team. This role is responsible for preparing documents, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that help achieve the company's sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, encode, and manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare simple reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all sales transactions and documents with company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team and assist in other tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field (preferred, but not required).
- At least 1 year of experience as Admin Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work onsite and render flexible hours if needed.
