Operations Admin Manager (willing to be assigned in Manila) Responsible for overseeing Manila Support operations, ensuring efficient purchasing, coordination, and monitoring of all Manila-based transactions in alignment with provincial requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise purchasing activities for Corporate, Department Store, Supermarket, Fresh Market, and Pier Receiving Operations. Oversee purchasing transactions, deliveries, and backloads. Monitor cargo movement, shipping transactions, and account approvals. Coordinate with shipping lines, accounting, and internal approvers. Ensure proper maintenance of all facilities, including staff houses, vehicles, and other assets. Responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the proper implementation of staff house rules and policies to maintain order, cleanliness, and a safe living environment. Conduct staff performance evaluations and recommend employment actions. Coordinate with the People Group on manpower, payroll, and benefits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field. At least 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing, logistics, or operations management, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity. Strong knowledge of corporate purchasing, retail operations, supply chain management, and logistics/shipping coordination. Experience in coordinating with shipping lines, accounting teams, and internal approving authorities. Familiarity with facilities and vehicle maintenance administration. Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend employment actions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sound decision-making skills.
