JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Follow up on pending quotations and maintain records of client interactions
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Track orders through internal systems and coordinate with logistics/warehouse
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and communicate updates to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely assistance
  • Monitor sales targets and support the team in tracking KPIs
  • Coordinate between sales, finance, logistics, and other departments
  • Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and take minutes if needed
  • Manage documentation and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support in organizing events, trade shows, and client visits

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales administration or sales support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
