HR Timekeeper

The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording, monitoring, and maintaining employee attendance and timekeeping records. This includes verifying daily time entries, overtime, and leaves; preparing reports for payroll processing; ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software systems
- Record and monitor daily employee attendance, absences, tardiness, and overtime.
- Maintain and update timekeeping records using biometric systems.
- Verify accuracy of attendance data and resolve discrepancies with supervisors or HR.
- Track employee leave balances and ensure proper documentation of approved leaves.
- Ensure all timekeeping procedures comply with company policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee time and payroll information.
- Assist in scheduling, shift assignments, and other administrative tasks related to timekeeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- With 1-2 years experience in Timekeeping
- Familiarized with biometric timekeeping system (Biometrics & HRIS)
- Proficient in using excel & Microsoft Application
- Keen to details.
