JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attend to all transaction of employee Benefits.
a. Preparation of all remittance of SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
- Attend to attendance and absences for all employees.
- Attend to the Salary and wages of all employees, RODs, JCONs
- Make sure the Timekeeping is correctly done prior to submission to the Accounting Department.
- Submit the Timekeeping report to HR Supervisor for validation and checking prior to the approval of the HR Director.
- Monitory of leaves, overtime and change of schedule of all employees.
- Prepare monthly report of all leave (Vacation or Sick leave), and overtime.
- Monitory of leave Benefits of all Regular and Probationary employees.
- In charge with the publication and dissemination of HR memos, as well as the posting of reports on the HR Bulletin.
- Ensure the compliance with ECOP.
- Filling of all work schedules submitted by all departments.
