HR Assistant

HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. It includes scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With a degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or in any related course.
- 6 months – 1 year work experience
- MS Applications, Excel Proficient
- Knowledgeable/experienced in Timekeeping
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Assists and coordinates timekeeping concerns of employees
- Answers inquiries related to benefits
- Handle time keeping of all employees
