  • Monitor employees' DTR (Daily Time Record)
  • Submit monthly attendance report to the HR Supervisor
  • Document and monitor employees on leave, official business, overtime, undertime, etc.
  • Conduct the timekeeping process in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner
  • Document, investigate, seek for approval and adjust the employees' payroll concerns
  • Submit all the necessary timekeeping reports to the Accounting department for payroll processing, in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the timekeeping and payroll database
  • Closely monitor and submit the employees with habitual absences and tardiness report monthly - Handling, preparing and processing of mandatory benefits and documentation in various government offices.
  • Preparing and checking the summary of employee's attendance for payroll purposes by updating relevant data (overtime, leaves, absences, etc.)r.
  • Coordinating with the HMO providers enrollment and deletion of principal members and concerns on benefit availments.
  • Coordinating with the manpower agency related to attendance, payroll, timekeeping other employee movement concerns.
  • Assisting in the organization of company events and administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Providing administrative support to human resources supervisor.
  • Adhering to the company rules & regulations and other policies & objectives related to quality, safety, HACCP, ISO& GMP.
  • And, any other job to be assigned by immediate superior, provided, the task is related to the nature of his assignment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
