HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily human resources operations, ensuring that HR policies and programs are effectively implemented. This position will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, records management, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain and organize employee records both electronically and physically.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Assist in processing payroll requirements such as timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Handle basic employee relations concerns and escalate matters to the HR Supervisor or HR Manager as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in BS in Business Management/Administration major in Human Resource Management or Psychology,
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in an HR-related role is an advantage
- Good understanding of basic HR functions and labor laws is a plus
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Preferably living in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas.
