Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes — job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and leave.
- Monitor compliance with company rules, policies, and government labor requirements.
- Coordinate office administrative needs such as supplies, documentation, and scheduling.
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, or meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
