Job Purpose:

  • To attain or exceed quota set by the management to generate revenue to the company.
  • To successfully promote and sell AVEGA's products and services to targeted clients.
  • A Business Development Officer (BDO) should be able to advise and guide their potential clients in making informed decisions related to choosing the right HMO.

Job Qualification:

  • College Graduate - Marketing and other Business-related course.
  • Preferably has an experience in sales in a Healthcare industry.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Has an ability to build good rapport with Clients/ Partners.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Acquire new sales based on sales cycle to fulfil the annual sales quota

  • Generate leads
  • Following through all touch based clients
  • Sending proposal and marketing collaterals on a set frequency per month.
  • Setting up appointments with external sales channel as well as clients and Introduce Avega's wide range of TPA products to corporate clients.

Provide Assistance to External sales channels (Brokers, Agents, Intellicare BDO) for:

  • Proposal preparation,

  • Presentation

  • Negotiation,

  • Orientation and

  • Closing of target accounts

Responsible in submitting required reports to the BDO2 or Team Leaders:

  • Provide a monthly update and feedback to BDO2 or Team Leader regarding Potential accounts to be closed and any updates

  • Updating Pipeline Management Report

  • Updating Weekly Accomplishment Report

  • Updating RFP Monitoring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php28,500.00 per month
