Our
Ka-Eastern HR Specialist
will be responsible for the sourcing and assessment of aspirant candidates to various talent requirements of the company, initiating the provision of necessary business tools needed by all new hires, and onboarding them by conducting the Day 1 Orientation prior endorsement to the respective requisitioning parties. He/She will also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Our HR Specialist must be:

  • A graduate of Behavioral Science, Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experienced and with at least 2 to 4 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Selection, and Placement,
  • Adept in MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Canva
  • Knowledgeable in Behavioral Science/Psychology Concepts, Organization Development, Recruitment Strategies and Assessment Methodologies
  • Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ICT and Telecommunications industry is a bonus
