What is expected of the role:

  • Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels, such as networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Building Relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target companies to understand their needs and build trust.
  • Needs Analysis: Conducting thorough needs analysis and understanding the business requirements, challenges, and pain points of prospective enterprise customers.
  • Solution Selling: Articulating and presenting the company's products or services as solutions to address the customer's specific needs and deliver value.
  • Customization and Consultation: Collaborating with the customer to customize solutions and tailor offerings to align with their unique requirements and business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Managing ongoing relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Providing accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and progress towards targets.

  • Acquire and expand clients under the Carrier Group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred Technical Skills:
  • Telco Carrier sales experience is a must.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is crucial for creating sales reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Social Selling and Online Networking: In today's digital world, having knowledge of social media platforms and online networking strategies is advantageous for reaching out to potential clients and building relationships.
  • Video Conferencing and Virtual Communication: With the rise of remote work and virtual meetings, being adept at video conferencing tools and virtual communication is valuable.
  • Sales Automation Tools: Knowledge of sales automation tools can streamline repetitive tasks, allowing sales professionals to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Proficiency in BI tools can assist salespeople in accessing real-time data and insights, enabling more informed decision-making.
