Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and proactively attract and acquire top-tier talent. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a focus on active sourcing.
  • Global talent acquisition experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in both large organizations (understanding best practices) and smaller, scaling   organizations (building processes and adaptability).
  • Proven ability to develop and track talent acquisition KPIs to drive performance.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality of recruitment services.
  • Proficiency in employer branding and social media marketing strategies.

  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and candidate engagement.

  • Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HiBob experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to work independently,   collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional anguages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional hours outside of standard business hours, to accommodate global time zones.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment & Planning:

  • Collaboration with Regional HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and   workforce needs.
  • Development of job advertisements and role-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Execution of recruitment plans in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Development and monitoring of talent acquisition KPIs, providing regular reports and insights for   the Regional HR team and global leadership team.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to optimize efficiency and   effectiveness.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management:

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, online job boards,   social media, and other creative approaches.
  • Utilization of sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, social media, and   internal referrals.
  • Maintenance and expansion of a qualified talent pool for current and future vacancies.
  • Application of market research and competitor analysis to identify talent trends.
  • Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, and targeted outreach.
  • Engagement and nurturing of passive candidates and pipeline contacts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the existing employee referral program, increase   employee participation, and drive quality referrals.

Candidate Experience & Selection:

  • Coordination of the screening and interview process, including the assessment and evaluation of   applicants.
  • Facilitation of structured interviews and competency-based selection methods supporting our Regional HR   Teams.
  • Communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and   consistent experience.

Operational Excellence & Brand Management:

  • Actively manage the Hiring Module within HiBob, ensuring data accuracy, efficient workflow, and   compliance with company policies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including headhunters, agencies, and job boards,   negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Identification of areas for process improvement based on recruitment analytics, including the   implementation of identified improvements.
  • Develop and execute employer branding communication campaigns on LinkedIn and other social media   platforms.
  • Own and maintain the company's career page, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, aligned with   overall brand messaging, and reflects the company's culture and values, in   close collaboration with the Global Marketing Communications Manager.
