Talent Acquisition Specialist

I. PURPOSE
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will use your extensive experience in talent acquisition to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and to execute full-cycle recruitment processes.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various sourcing methods to identify top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
- Handle the end-to-end hiring process for critical, senior, supervisory, managerial, and executive roles
- Post open positions on the company's internal and external job portals
- Secure the candidate's accomplished application form, prepare the HR interview Form, and collect the Hiring Manager Interview Form
- Prepare comprehensive salary analyses and accurate job offers
- Maintain accurate and updated records and reports covering different phases of the recruitment process (MRF Master List, Hiring Database, ERP Database, Job Offer Master List, Onboarding Master List)
- Coordinate with the Onboarding and Compensation & Benefits teams to initiate the processing of the preemployment requirements of the new hires and for the preparation of their 201 files
- Participate in all internal and external audits and assist in the company's process improvement initiatives
- Ensure that candidates are treated professionally during the recruitment process
- Must diligently deliver and meet all KPls: TAT, Hiring Fill Rate, Cost Per Hire
- Provide mentorship and support to the more junior members of the team
- Attend training and acquire certifications that apply to the role
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and values to all candidates
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager, or Head
III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- A graduate of any 4-year business-related course
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
C. Competency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and works well with the team
- Ability to use MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision
- Can interact with all levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, and customer service orientation
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Reporting to the company's main office in Makati City on a hybrid work arrangement
- Amenable to a compressed work week schedule: Monday to Friday
- Amenable to render overtime when needed
- Collaborate physically and/or virtually with internal and external stakeholders
