Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to the automotive industry's evolving needs
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, source's, and coordinators
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, operational, and leadership roles
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with universities and trade schools
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and internal hiring policies
  • Oversee recruitment technology platforms, including ATS and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
