Reporting directly to the HR Supervisor, this exciting full-time HR Employee Relations role at Team Ridemax Philippines' offers the opportunity to be a key member of the HR team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for managing employee relations and providing support to ensure an engaged, productive and positive workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Advising and guiding managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management
  • Investigating and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement, and implementing initiatives to address any concerns
  • Providing training and support to managers on effective people management practices
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team on strategic projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an employee relations or HR generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proven track record in investigating and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting
