Managing employee relations, handling disputes, and developing and delivering training programs. Key responsibilities involve communicating policies, mediating conflicts, and designing orientation and development programs, while required skills include strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • Employee relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and mediate grievances.
  • Training and development: Oversee employee training, design orientation programs for new hires, and develop and deliver training on topics like communication and conflict resolution.
  • Experience: Proven work experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required

Job Type: Full-time
