HR Employee Relations Staff

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting Toyota's values of respect and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Advise managers on fair and consistent policy application.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Maintain accurate employee relations documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in employee relations or general HR.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Upholds confidentiality and professionalism.
