Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting Toyota's values of respect and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Advise managers on fair and consistent policy application.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee relations documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in employee relations or general HR.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Upholds confidentiality and professionalism.
