Key Responsibilities

Employee & Client Relations

  • Conduct regular site visits to clients and employees, ensuring on-the-ground support and visibility.
  • Address and escalate concerns promptly to guarantee client satisfaction and employee engagement.

Policy Compliance & Conflict Resolution

  • Enforce company policies aligned with labor law requirements.
  • Mediate disputes, conduct thorough investigations, and support fair outcomes.

HR Support & Engagement

  • Facilitate onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Assist in performance management and disciplinary measures.
  • Create engagement initiatives that boost morale and retention.

Administrative & Payroll Assistance

  • Monitor attendance, absences, and tardiness diligently.
  • Support payroll, benefits processing, clearances, and billing functions.
  • Assist in weekly client billing collection and maintain accurate documentation of HR cases.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (HR-related fields preferred, but open to all 4-year degrees).
  • 1–2 years of HR experience in employee relations preferred; fresh graduates demonstrating strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Computer literate, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
