Orientation of HR Policies and Code of Conducts

b. Facilitate the end-to-end processing of disciplinary cases to ensure due process

c. Prepare notices and other documentations for HR and legal review to ensure due process

- Issuance of NTE

- Follow-up Written Explanation

- Administer Admin Hearing

- Case Investigation

-Issues preventive suspension (If necessary)

- Proper Disciplinary Action sanction

d. Oversees HMO enrollment and cancellation

e. Plan, spearhead and implement company activities

f. Assists in planning and organizing company events and performs other

tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or Management.

g. Handles employee concerns and grievances

h. Organises forums with employees and management

i. Organises and administers company initiated trainings

j. Creates memorandums and disseminate

k. Conducts random drug testing

l. Clearance processing

m. Ensure compliance requirements mandated by DOLE and assist during DOLE labor case hearings (DOLE SENA), and mandatory conferences

Essential knowledge of Philippine labour law and DOLE regulations required

n. Analyze and report information related to the disciplinary process to ensure that all facts being considered when making decisions for disciplinary cases are accurate and complete

o. Investigate all assigned employee complaints and incidents reports such as policy violations, harassment, fraud, etc., and recommends resolutions for HR Manager's approval.

Essential prior experience conducting disciplinary investigations required

p. Monitor and maintain discipline and labor compliance tracking system

q. Responsible for creation of company intermemo/ communication memo, also maintain memo tracking system

r. Review and follow through on execution of all disciplinary actions to ensure closure of all disciplinary cases

s. and other HR related concerns

Minimum 1-2 years of HR employee relations experience required

Bachelor's degree required for this position
