Employee Relations Officer

· Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.

· Conduct investigations on complaints, incident reports, and policy violations.

· Draft and issue notices to explain (NTEs), disciplinary actions, and related documentation.

· Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and/or management.

· Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on company policies, Code of Conduct, and labor regulations.

· Ensure adherence to the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE guidelines, and internal company rules.

· Recommend revisions and improvements to HR policies and procedures.

· Support HR in handling audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

· Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement programs and activities.

· Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention and improvement strategies.

· Promote open communication and employee participation initiatives.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and case files.

· Generate reports on employee relations trends, cases, and resolutions.

· Provide recommendations to management for improving employee relations practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
