DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives and evaluates complaint reports with minor/major proceeding including audit findings reports, employee reports, Operations and other department reports.
Prepares and transmits memorandum show cause for employee subject for investigation.
Preparing of AWOL, Termination and other formal letters in relation with preventive suspension for mailing.
Collates signed Disciplinary Actions for Department Heads.
Prepares attendance summary reports of Head Office (Outlet/ OPN & Affiliates) and transmits and transmits to respective department heads.
Prepares memorandum show cause for employees with exceeding tardiness
Investigates cases of disciplinary action that will undergo 3rd category depending on the progress of the case.
Encoding of Disciplinary action for signature of supervisor and department head.
Ensures all suspensions are scheduled and served according to required time frame and properly coordinated to respective department heads.
Reports to DOLE notice of compliance
Conducts exit interview and transmittal of clearance.
Monitoring of clearance and exit interview.
Checking of employee history from recruitment.
Developing, designing, or creating ideas, systems in programs, including artistic contributions.
Organized employee activities for HR.
Performs other duty as assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Development, Legal Management and other related business course
Work Experience: With or Without Experience
Basic Competency Skills:
Ability to monitor and collect data to assess accuracy and integrity; analyze data; ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations and systems of internal control; interpret and evaluate results, prepare documentation; create presentations.
Ability to work with accuracy
