Talent Acquisition and Training:
- Ensure and manage the proper end-to-end recruitment process for both medical and operations requirements.
- Supervise the HR Assistant in acquisition processes, while supporting management and staff in day-to-day business activities to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure the timely submission and verification of candidates' pre-employment requirements prior to and during hiring.
- Develop and implement strategies to expedite the company's hiring process.
- Conduct employee orientations for newly hired staff.
- Facilitate job offers and contract signings for qualified applicants.
- Coordinate with concerned departments/branches to ensure the smooth deployment of hired candidates.
- Represent the company in HR-related activities such as recruitment/job fairs, symposiums, trainings, and seminars.
- Plan, organize, and administer internal and external training programs.
- Design training programs based on organizational needs.
- Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session and ensure training implementation.
- Manage training bond agreements and maintain employee training records.
- Recommend and oversee Performance Improvement Programs (PIP) in collaboration with Department Managers and company leadership.
- Ensure timely preparation and release of probationary evaluation forms and/or regularization contracts.
- Facilitate annual performance evaluations.
- Recommend employee movements and promotions.
- Conduct exit interviews for separated employees and facilitate clearance processing.
HR Administration & Employee Relations:
- Oversee overall HR operations, including administrative services and employee relations management.
- Coordinate with building administration regarding clinic-related concerns.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to address employee needs.
- Communicate and implement policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Administer employee benefits and liaise with external benefits providers as needed. - Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain and update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures to management.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and disciplinary processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Monitor and manage all administrative functions in line with organizational requirements.
- Handle general office concerns and day-to-day operational issues.
- Coordinate effectively across departments and with department heads.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Head to support doctors' concerns and requirements.
- Maintain open communication with Operations regarding daily operational concerns.
- Report directly to the VP of HRAD and the President.
- Provide management reports and support in decision-making.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management relevant to the role.
