Position: HR and Admin Manager
Location: Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Work Arrangement: On-site
The HR & Admin Manager (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions to support organizational goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
As a Mandarin speaker, the HR & Admin Manager will also serve as a key liaison in communicating with Mandarin-speaking employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective coordination. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, cultural adaptability, and the ability to build a positive work environment that aligns with company values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
· Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
· Manage compensation and benefits administration.
· Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company standards.
· Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
· Maintain and safeguard employee records and HR databases.
Administrative Management
· Oversee day-to-day office administration, facilities management, and procurement of office supplies.
· Ensure smooth operation of office systems, equipment, and maintenance.
· Manage contracts, permits, licenses, and company documents.
· Supervise administrative staff and monitor their performance.
· Implement cost-efficient administrative practices and support budgeting activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
· Minimum 10 years of proven HR management or supervisory experience
· Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
· Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written), with strong English communication skills
